This weekend, I was able to proofread some real live pages from a magazine. It was all about hunting and fishing, but despite the questionable subject-matter, it was a lot of fun. My friend's husband is an editor so he gave me some pages to practice with.
Jeremy finally got a real bike with training wheels (he only had a tricycle before!) so he rode that while Kait practiced with no training wheels. And I'm proud to say that she finally mastered it! She was grinning ear-to-ear with pride as she finally was able to start out, ride, and stop by herself. She only got one scrape on the shin too. I didn't get pictures, but when we go out this week to practice, I'll try to remember.
Mom mentioned to me that she hasn't seen Felicity walking around acting like a 15-month-old so I'm putting a video up. She loves this little vacuum, and her "da!" is her trying to sing the "doo-dah" part of the song.

Yeah, way to go Felicity! What a helper with the vacuum! Emily has the same one and I hear that music daily! Also, great job Kait on riding your bike with no training wheels, woohoo! And Jeremy with a new bike, lots of exciting things going on in the Jeong household!!
Kelli, that's great that you're getting some practice with the editing; I'll keep my eyes and ears open for you!
Take care,
Erica
