Do you ever feel like living life day-to-day is like trying to run while you're in a 5-foot swimming pool? That's me. Our house looks like it exploded. And I've been trying this whole week so far to get it under control. It's just. not. happening. I'm not quite sure what the problem is. I do know I keep saying, "I'll just stay up tonight until it gets done," but by 9:00, I'm wiped. And the lazy bum that I am, I do something that only requires me to sit and watch TV...like folding laundry...or paying bills....or just vegging out. But then I wake up the next morning, look at my house, sigh, and then we start all over again. Someone needs to come visit me so that I HAVE to get it in order!

School is going well for the time being. Kaitlyn has been a bit more cooperative than usual. We're taking a LONG time for math every day, but if that's what she needs, so be it. Jeremy just moved up to the next math book since he blew through the first one (it was just counting, shapes, pennies and very very basic math). We're reading the Chronicles of Narnia out loud, and I think they're both enjoying that. Kait keeps reading ahead though! Well, I suppose I'd better go do SOMETHING downstairs before I completely give up for the night. Goodnight everyone!
