Good news from the doctor! We had the WBS (Whole Body Scan) follow-up with the doctor last week. She said that they will do one more WBS next year, and if that one comes back negative too, they will only do those scans every few years instead of every year. They will track certain markers in his blood work that may indicate a recurrence of cancer, and they will do an ultrasound on the years with no scan (much cheaper and less inconvenient!). She also said that we should consider this "over" and "put it behind us" at this point. Thank God, and thank all of you for your thoughts and prayers. :)

In other news, Felicity is pulling up pretty regularly now, but there's no cruising as of yet. She'll be 9 months on the 6th. We had a great visit with James's parents in Florida over the Thanksgiving holiday. They were able to spend some of the time with us (they're usually too busy with the nursery), and we went to the beach two of the days. It was way too windy and cold to be enjoyable though! Of course, the day we left, it was in the 70s and sunny. James had a stomach bug while we were there so maybe he didn't have as good of a visit as the rest of us did. ;)

I made some candies and cookies and cinnamon rolls for a craft sale last weekend. There wasn't a lot of traffic though, and I basically only sold enough to pay for my supplies. So, that ended up being a stressful, busy weekend without much visiting time with James. We all ended up grumpy. Hopefully next weekend will be better!

This week, I'm attempting to get all the Christmas decorations out, and next weekend, maybe we'll go get a tree. After not having one last year, I'm quite excited about that. I hope everyone is having a wonderful start to the Advent and the Christmas season!
