Surprise!

So...do you remember a few weeks back when I said that I was really exhausted. Like mono tired. Like pregnancy tired. And then I added that little aside "No, I'm not pregnant!" Well, the joke was on me. The fatigue I was feeling was probably not related to the pregnancy though as the sweet little zygote hadn't even implanted yet. Perhaps it was anemia since prenatals with iron have really seemed to help.

One worry: I sat with Lissy during her x-ray after answering "no" to the question of whether or not I could be pregnant. God must have been laughing. That was probably right around the time of implantation. We did have lead aprons over our lower halves though so probably all is well.

This is the first time I've been truly surprised by a pregnancy. All the other times, we were actually trying or knew we were taking a chance. This time, we were following all the rules though I suppose I could have missed some observations. (We use NFP for anyone who is thoroughly confused right now.) We're happy...we were wanting to try for another. We were just waiting for better financial times. It'll all work out - obviously God is in charge, not us!

So, baby Jeong #4 is due around Halloween. Wow, that seems so close!
