39 weeks, 4 days - no baby. :)

I've been on a real sewing kick lately. I finally used some of my white eyelet material to make a curtain for the powder room. But I can't quite get it right. I think I need to take a few more inches off as it's too long. I also was trying to gather it a little at the bottom, but it might actually look better free-hanging. I've kind of burned out on it since it's an "old" project now, but maybe I'll force myself to tackle it before I change the white thread out of my machine. I also made a blanket for the baby (or maybe for me!). See picture. The sewing on it is really very pathetic though, let me tell you! And last night, I made an Ariel pillow for Kait's birthday. Don't mention it - she won't be seeing it until the end of March! James bought me the fabric almost a year ago, I think! Good thing she still likes Ariel as much as ever. Once again, the sewing is pathetic - particularly the finishing by hand - but hopefully Kait won't much care. Now, (after I make myself finish that curtain!), I am going to finally do the other two pillows for my couch. It's been probably 4-5 years since I made the first one! Ack!

I was having more frequent and stronger contractions last night, but they didn't do anything to really make me stand up and take notice. And, of course, I'm still here this morning! Maybe the full moon will help me out? I think it's tonight. Oh, and the lunar eclipse is tonight too! About 6:20 Eastern Time is the peak of it, I think. I hope we remember to go out and look.
