Italian Bread

Kaitlyn's Little Women's Hospitality group was making a St. Joseph feast day basket for our parish priests. There's a great story about a town in Italy enduring a famine and praying for St. Joseph's intercession. So, the basket was filled with Italian things - wine, bread, cookies, etc. I volunteered to make the Italian bread (the night before the meeting because no one else had volunteered).

I found a recipe by Emeril with great reviews so I thought I'd give it a shot. With the help of the dough hooks on my mixer, it really wasn't all that difficult, and the loaves turned out great. I've made them a few times since then, and I wanted to share a picture!
