Well, I haven't updated here in a while! Concerning the jaundice: My ped called a GI who has apparently actually dealt with this kind of thing before. I was finally told that if her jaundice is still persisting at 3 weeks plus, it is almost definitely breastmilk jaundice, is NOT harmful, and will eventually go away on its own. So, they canceled our bili check last week and moved it to this week. Also, they no longer requested I give her a couple of formula bottles per day. What a relief all of this was! So, we have a bili check today just to make sure that it is indeed going down (this type of jaundice usually peaks betwee days 18-21 of the baby's life). Let's hope it comes back as expected!

I'm sorry there aren't more pictures....I dropped the camera and now it won't transfer to the computer anymore! James is in the process of buying a card reader. I'm such a klutz.

School went really really well yesterday, but today we were back to the struggle of keeping them on track. Every time I am distracted by the baby or a phone call or the bathroom, they seem to think that means it's free time instead of "keep working on your work" time. I heard yesterday that National TV Turn-Off Week is April 23-29 this year. I am seriously contemplating doing this (unplugging the darn thing completely!). I mentioned it to Kaitlyn, and she broke down in tears! Perhaps this is a big flashing sign to me? The problem is that I am weak. I have tried giving them time limits for Nintendo, computer, or TV, but I'm very bad at sticking to it. So, at the very least, I am going to make that week a dedicated "reduced-screen time week" in the hopes that it will stick. On a positive note, Kait is finally starting to like reading chapter books to herself! :)
